What are the delivery terms within Italy?
The wallpaper is printed and delivered to you within 21 business days after your order was received.

What are the delivery terms abroad?
European Union � EU: 21-23 business days after your order was received.
Outside European Union: 21-23 business days after your order was received.

Can I bundle different orders?
In order to save on shipping costs, we recommend to first put all desired products into the shopping cart and then proceed to order. If you send various orders separately, you will be billed for packing and shipping individually. We regret that, for technical reasons, we are not able to bundle orders afterwards.

Can I enter an alternate shipping address?
At Berlintapete, you may also send your order to an alternate shipping address, that is an address that differs from the one you entered in your user information.
During the order process, you will also be asked for the shipping address. Here, you may choose a different address, domestically or abroad.

Can I send my order abroad as well?
Berlintapete will deliver your order globally. Simply enter address and country when asked for the desired shipping address. Please note, however, that you will be billed a higher postage for deliveries abroad.
